It’s finally spring again, it’s getting closer and closer to summer. We already had the best first days of spring. A lot of sunshine, blue skies and a nice temperature. Whenever the sun is out, we feel so much more energized and motivated. And to get a lot of things done in a day, you need your energy boost. You need to eat and drink enough. And that’s why we wanted to share our favourite avocado recipe with all of you. It’s healthy and delicious, so why not give it a whirl?!
What do you need?
- 1 Avocado
- A pinch of salt
When you’ve got all of your ingredients, let’s get started! It’s rather easy. You need to slice up your bread. You can toast this or just keep it as it is, whatever you prefer!
We always see videos going around the internet where they cut their avocado in such cool ways. Unfortunately, we aren’t such pro’s haha. We cut our avocado from the top to the bottom and then we opened it. You can spread your avocado, since advocados are very smooth in texture, on your piece of bread or you can keep them in chunks.
We always love to add some spices to our recipes, it’s just that final touch. We chose salt and pepper for our ‘advocado spread’. Very basic, but so delicious!
You can put whatever you like on your avocado bread. Maybe you could put some mango on, or maybe you can put your avocado on walnut bread. You can explore your taste and figure out what you’re into.
